Warranty coverage and registration is only for Bogen Imaging distributed products, sold in the US by an Authorized Dealer and registered to US residents. For more information click here. If you prefer, you can also register your purchase by mailing your warranty card to us. 

If you have already registered on this site, just login and go to "my page" and click on "my warranty" to register new items.

Online registration is not proof of purchase, please keep all your original receipts.

LIMITED WARRANTY PERIODS
Limited warranty on all Bogen Imaging-distributed products is 1 Year from date of purchase with the following exceptions:
Manfrotto	2 Years + 3 additional years when you register online, or by sending in the registration card.
Gitzo	Limited lifetime warranty
National Geographic	Tripods- 2 Years + 3 additional years when you register online, or by sending in the registration card. Bags- Limited lifetime warranty
Kata	Limited lifetime warranty
Elinchrom	1-Year (excluding flashtube - 180 days)
Metz	1-Year (excluding flashtube  and batteries - 180 days)
Lastolite	2-Years

Note: We use the SSL protocol on our website only for encryption purposes. We are not storing into our database any sensible data like social security number, bank account information, credit card information, marital status, religion, sex, race or even age. We only collect information about the products we officially distribute in the country where Bogen Imaging is physically present, in order to offer a better service to our customers and prospective customers. All the products we distribute are automatically covered by an international manufacturing warranty and we offer an extension to the standard warranty terms to all customers that decide to register their products on our website. It is not mandatory to do the online registration for your product to be covered by the standard international warranty terms.
